 Pakistan Business Council Celebrates the Launch of Pakistan Pavilion at 4th Mango Festival Khorfakan 2025

The Pakistan Business Council (PBC) proudly announced the successful inauguration of the Pakistan Pavilion at the 4th Mango Festival Khorfakan 2025, an event that celebrates Pakistan’s rich agricultural heritage and strengthens cultural ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

The vibrant opening ceremony was attended by esteemed dignitaries, including His Excellency Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chief of Sharjah Ruler's Office in Khorfakan; H.E. Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and H.E. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE. The event was inaugurated with great enthusiasm, emphasizing the importance of international friendship and cultural exchange.


All Pakistani officials, including H.E. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, the Ambassador of Pakistan; H.E. Hussain Muhammad Khan, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai; and Mr.Ali Zeb khan Pakistan’s Commercial and investment Consul, participated actively in inaugurating the Pakistan Pavilion. The pavilion showcased an impressive array of the finest mango varieties from Pakistan, highlighting the country’s agricultural diversity and export potential.



The festival offers an engaging experience for visitors with various stalls, cultural displays, and an opportunity to savor some of the world's best mangoes. It stands as a celebration of agriculture, community spirit, and the enduring friendship between Pakistan and the UAE.


The event was attended by numerous prominent figures, including the Directors and members of the Pakistan Business Council Sharjah. The Chairman, Dr. S.M. Tahir; Senior Vice Chairman, Syed Saleem Akhtar; Vice Chairman, Mr. Amir Hassan; and General Secretary, Mr. Salman Wisal, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all visitors and supporters. Special thanks were extended to Mian Munir Hans, Mr. Afzal Chudhary, Mr. Shafique ur Rehman, Mr. Faraz Siddiqui, M.Saleem Ahmed, Mr. Nouman, social media influencer Fahad Asad and his team, motivational speaker Mr. Amjad Ali Speaks, Pakistani Heavy Bikers Team led by Captain Mirza Khud.

Syed Saleem Akhtar highlighted the significance of the event, stating, “We are delighted to see the vibrant participation and support from all sides. This festival exemplifies the strong bonds between our nations and our shared commitment to cultural and economic growth.”


All the Directors and members actively contributed to organizing the event, including Mr. Khawar Hussain, Mr. Muhammad Farooq, Mr. Safdar Rashid, Mr. Nadeem Shahid, Raja Muhammad Sarfraz, Mr. Sajid Cheema, Mr. Sohail Khawar, and Mr. Ali Rafay.


In the evening, the Pakistan Business Council hosted an exclusive dinner at a renowned local hotel to honor sponsors and active participants with shields and certificates. Syed Saleem Akhtar moderated the evening. His Excellency Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, H.E. Hussain Muhammad Khan, and Mr. Ali Zeb Khan distributed the shields and certificates.
